By installing WorkspaceGuard and granting Google Workspace administrator permissions, Customer represents that it is an authorized Super Administrator of the target Google Workspace domain. All remediation actions (including revoking forwarding rules, transferring Google Drive ownership via the Admin Data Transfer API, and reclaiming user licenses) are executed strictly at the direction of Customer's administrators.
Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance through our authorized Merchant of Record, Dodo Payments, which handles applicable VAT, GST, and sales tax compliance. Free trial accounts (`TRIALING`) may run unlimited discovery scans; active remediation, bulk revocation, and SOC 2 certificate exports require an `ACTIVE` subscription.
Customer may cancel its subscription at any time with 1 click via the Dodo Payments billing portal. Upon cancellation, background Cloud Tasks scans are paused immediately at the end of the current billing period.
