Every Google Workspace domain receives a free initial discovery audit (`TRIALING` status) that displays the exact number of active Gmail exfiltration vectors and reclaimable suspended/dormant seats before any payment is required.
Subscriptions are billed on a recurring monthly or annual cycle via Dodo Payments. Customers may cancel their subscription at any time with 1 click via the Subscription Portal or by contacting contact@novabytelab.in. Upon cancellation, no future renewals will be charged, and access remains active through the end of the paid billing period.
If WorkspaceGuard fails to identify either (a) at least 2x your monthly subscription fee in reclaimable Google Workspace license waste or (b) active external email forwarding/delegation risks within your first 14 days of a paid subscription, and you have not executed bulk remediations or exported signed SOC 2 certificates, you may request a 100% full refund within 14 calendar days of the initial charge by emailing contact@novabytelab.in. Refunds are processed back to the original payment method via Dodo Payments within 5–7 business days.
